Our enthusiasm for drinking is evidenced by our extensive libations program, one that is painstakingly researched, sourced and, ahem, tested. Offerings include an extensive bottled and draft beer list, seasonal craft cocktails, unusual spirits, an unparalleled whiskey selection (over 300 selections currently available) and bio-dynamic, small batch wines. Flight offerings, hosted tastings and inventive pairings are common.
WHISKEY FOR DRINKING
A philosophy of ours — “whiskey for your mouth, not for our shelves” — encourages broad tasting options for our favorite spirit, whiskey. We have over 300 whiskeys currently available with 38 different ones on offer daily for only $3.00 a shot, obscure and popular labels alike. Try them all!

Longman & Eagle has six rooms available for overnight stay, casual yet considered offerings that seasoned travelers will appreciate when looking to immerse and initiate themselves within the fabric of a bustling, vibrant urban enclave. Our rooms vary in both price and proportion, but aesthetics, comfort and function are manifest throughout. Rooms starting at $85 a night.
Located on the Longman & Eagle grounds, the Off Site Bar (orOSB at L&E) is located behind and to the east of the inn proper, adjacent to and now connected with our small back patio space. The sixteen-seat, thirty-person space will function variously as a stand-alone ‘micro bar’, event space and tasting room, expanding into a fuller indoor / outdoor space as weather allows.
The OSB has its own moderately sized menu, one perfect for grabbing a quick bite while waiting for a table inside, and is also good for those times when you just need a cheese plate and a Negroni di Aquila. Menu items rotate variously throughout the year.
Our weekly Cheap Thrills & Old Mils party extends to the OSB on Monday evenings, and our weekly Monday Snack Attack menu items are on offer there as well.
And the space transforms with the Donut Shop pop-up on Saturday and Sundays, in this case focusing on – you guessed it – donuts. Created by Longman & Eagle pastry chef Jeremy Brutzkus, the Donut Shop opens every Saturday or Sunday, rain or shine, and will featuring a changing weekly selection focusing on classics, as well as seasonal inspired varieties, while supplies last. The donuts, as well as Rare Tea Cellar and Dark Matter Coffee, are available for eating in or to go.
